DigitalClouds is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR Intern who is interested in learning recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations in a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
This internship is ideal for candidates who want practical exposure in Human Resource Management and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in job postings on various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Employee Coordination
- Assist in onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Support internal communication and HR activities
HR Operations
- Maintain employee data and files
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
- Support performance tracking and internship management
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Comfortable using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Responsible and professional attitude
Eligibility
- College students / fresh graduates
- MBA (HR) preferred
- Candidates interested in building a long-term HR career
Internship Duration
- 5 months (extendable based on performance)
Stipend & Chance
- ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Internship Certificate & Experience Letter
- If performance is good, a full-time job offer will be provided after successful completion of the internship.
