Job Title: QC Manager / Quality Head

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) department and quality team.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
- Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external/customer audits.
- Handle audit observations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead customer complaint handling and ensure timely resolution.
- Train, guide, and mentor QC engineers, inspectors, and team members.
- Review quality reports, inspection records, and process documentation.
- Work closely with Production, Design, and Supply Chain teams to improve product quality.
- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and maintenance of quality records.
- Drive quality improvement projects to reduce rejection and improve productivity.




- Maintain ISO standards and support certification audits.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.

Key Skills Required

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems.
- Experience in Internal Audits, Customer Audits, and ISO Audits.
- Knowledge of CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Quality Tools.
- Valuable understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.

Team Handling

- Lead and supervise QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Quality Executives.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team development.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training programs.
- Ensure achievement of quality objectives and departmental KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
