CAPCO Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Paint Shop Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This is a positive opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in developing their career in paint shop operations.

Experience

- Freshers to 1 Year

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Paint Technology or a related field

Key Technical Skills

- Liquid Painting and Powder Coating
- Pre-Treatment Process
- Paint Defect Analysis
- Production Planning and Execution
- SOP and Process Documentation
- ISO / IATF 16949 Standards
- Process Improvement
- Team Coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support daily paint shop production activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of painting and pre-treatment processes.




- Identify and analyze paint defects and support corrective actions.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth operations.
- Support process improvement and production planning activities.
- Maintain required ISO / IATF 16949 documentation.

Preferred Location

Local candidates from Indore, Pithampur, Dhar, Dewas, Ujjain and Bhopal will be preferred.
