About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & 3D Blender Specialist with strong experience in product visualization, realistic texturing, 3D rendering, and graphic design.

The ideal candidate will be able to take 3D/CAD product files and transform them into high-quality, photorealistic product visuals, animations, social media content, and production-ready design files.

You will work on premium physical products and be responsible for making them look realistic, detailed, and commercially ready.

Responsibilities

- Create realistic 3D product renders using Blender
- Apply realistic materials, textures, finishes, and surface details
- Create realistic product animations and product videos
- Produce high-quality product images for Instagram, websites, advertising, and e-commerce
- Create product mockups and realistic lifestyle/context scenes
- Develop different product design concepts while respecting brand identity
- Create graphic designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Prepare premium packaging designs and production-ready files
- Create technical/product documentation when required
- Pay close attention to small details such as seams, logos, grips, materials, edges, and finishing
- Work from existing 3D/CAD files and reference images
- Explore AI tools when useful, while maintaining a photorealistic and professional result
- Track and communicate the time required for each deliverable

Required Skills

Essential:

- Strong knowledge of Blender
- 3D modeling and/or working with existing 3D/CAD models
- Realistic material creation and 3D texturing




- Photorealistic rendering
- Product visualization
- Product animation
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Solid understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and visual details

A plus:

- Experience with product packaging design
- Experience with CAD files
- Experience creating manufacturing/production files
- Experience with sports equipment or consumer products
- Knowledge of AI image/video generation tools
- Motion graphics experience
- Experience creating social-media advertising content

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has a strong eye for detail and realism.

The final result should not look like a basic 3D render. Products should feel premium, realistic, and ready to be presented to customers or used in advertising.

You should be comfortable working independently, proposing your own creative ideas, and turning a basic product model into polished commercial content.
