bout the PositionTravSource is a U.S.-based healthcare staffing company specializing in Travel Nursing and Allied Health staffing throughout the United States.We are expanding our recruiting team and are looking for experienced U.S. Healthcare Recruiters who understand the U.S. travel healthcare staffing industry.This is not an entry-level recruiting position.We are specifically looking for recruiters who have previously recruited U.S. nurses and/or allied healthcare professionals and can begin working a U.S. healthcare recruiting desk with minimal training.CompensationBase Salary: ₹85,000–₹100,000 per monthFinal base compensation will depend on experience and demonstrated success in U.S. healthcare recruiting.Placement Bonus: ₹18,000 Per Successful PlacementYou will earn a ₹18,000 bonus for every healthcare professional you successfully place once that traveler completes their first 4 weeks on assignment.There is no cap on placement bonuses.Potential monthly compensation:Successful PlacementsPlacement BonusesTotal Monthly Earnings*1₹18,000₹103,000–₹118,0003₹54,000₹139,000–₹154,0005₹90,000₹175,000–₹190,0008₹144,000₹229,000–₹244,00010₹180,000₹265,000–₹280,000*Examples include base salary plus earned placement bonuses.The more successful placements you make, the more you earn. There is no maximum incentive amount.Responsibilities

- Recruit Travel Nurses and Allied Healthcare professionals for assignments throughout the United States
- Contact candidates through phone, text and email
- Build relationships with U.S.-based healthcare professionals
- Discuss available assignments, compensation packages, locations and contract requirements
- Screen candidates for relevant experience, licenses and certifications
- Match qualified candidates with appropriate healthcare assignments
- Submit qualified candidates to open positions
- Consistently follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting and submission process




- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within our ATS
- Work closely with our U.S.-based recruiting, credentialing and operations teams
- Meet individual submission and placement goals

Required ExperienceMinimum 1 year of U.S. healthcare staffing/recruiting experience is required.Strong preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in:

- U.S. Travel Nursing
- Allied Health staffing
- RN recruiting
- Travel healthcare staffing
- VMS/MSP healthcare staffing
- Candidate sourcing and lead generation
- High-volume outbound recruiting
- Healthcare ATS/VMS platforms
- Working U.S. business hours from India

Previous experience directly recruiting U.S. Travel Nurses or Allied Health professionals is strongly preferred.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate:

- Is comfortable working with recruiting technology and ATS platforms
- Is self-motivated and able to work remotely

Work ScheduleCandidates must be available to work U.S. business hours,



which requires working an India night shift.This is a full-time position.Work From HomeThis position is 100% remote/work from home.Candidates must have:
