Job Title: R&D; Executive – Nutraceuticals

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented R&D; Executive to join our nutraceutical division. The candidate will be responsible for developing cutting-edge formulations, improving existing products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting product development from concept to commercialization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Research, design, and develop new nutraceutical products (Tablets, Capsules,supplements, functional foods, and health formulations).
- Conduct formulation development, stability studies, and process optimization.
- Source and evaluate new raw materials, active ingredients, and excipients.
- Ensure all formulations comply with FSSAI nutraceutical regulations and international standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, product dossiers, and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production, Marketing, Regulatory) to support product launch.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with emerging trends, scientific advancements, and competitor products.
- Troubleshoot formulation or production issues to ensure product quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Food Sciences, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in R&D; for nutraceuticals, food supplements, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong understanding of formulation science, product stability, and dosage forms (capsules, tablets, powders, syrups, gummies,



etc.).
- Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, and global nutraceutical regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in formulation & product development.
- Hands-on experience with pilot scale trials and lab equipment.
- Strong scientific and technical writing abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on qualification and interview)
