To manage and control the overall financial operations of the dealership, ensuring accurate accounting, effective cash-flow management, statutory compliance, financial reporting, internal controls, and profitability monitoring across Vehicle Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Body Shop operations.

- Manage the overall finance and accounting activities of the dealership.
- Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyze dealership profitability and identify areas for cost control and improvement.
- Monitor branch-wise and department-wise financial performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting of all business transactions.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Prepare MIS reports covering sales, gross margins, expenses, outstanding receivables, inventory, and profitability.
- Monitor vehicle, spare parts,



and accessories accounting.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Monitor financial transactions related to current vehicle sales, used vehicles, service, spare parts, accessories, insurance, and finance commissions.
- Verify vehicle invoices, receipts, discounts, schemes, incentives, and dealer claims.
- Monitor manufacturer/dealer incentive receivables and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of customer advances and vehicle bookings.
- Monitor floor-plan/vehicle funding and related bank transactions, where applicable.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
