Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organization's hiring requirements. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
- Work closely with department heads to understand and close open positions.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Must Have

2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and offer management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in EdTech or Technology recruitment, bulk hiring, and familiarity with HR/recruitment software.
