- Oversee the development and implementation of data migration plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize migration processes.
- Monitor migration progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain data integrity.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a cooperative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in coordinating complex data migration projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with data migration activities.
