Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing (especially via LinkedIn), screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely and confidential resolution.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture.
- Assist in managing the increment cycle, including performance reviews and salary revisions.
- Coordinate with the accountant for payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
