Dica An Deco Interiors is a growing interior design company focused on creating stylish, functional, and practical interior spaces. We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects, understand client requirements, develop strong design concepts, and coordinate effectively with the execution team.

Job Role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for handling interior design projects from concept development to execution, while ensuring quality, creativity, client satisfaction, and timely completion.

We are looking for someone who is not just good at designing but can also handle clients, understand site requirements, prepare technical drawings, and coordinate with the execution team independently.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.

Develop creative and practical interior design concepts.

Prepare detailed 2D layouts, furniture plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and working drawings.

Create high-quality 3D designs and realistic renders.

Select suitable materials, colours, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Design residential interiors including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, etc.

Present design concepts and material selections to clients professionally.

Handle client revisions and convert requirements into practical designs.





Conduct site visits and coordinate with site supervisors and execution teams.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, vendors, and material suppliers.

Ensure design implementation is according to approved drawings and specifications.

Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and other project-related documents.

Identify design or site issues and provide practical solutions.

Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Maintain high standards of design quality, detailing, and finishing.

Required Skills

4–5 years of professional experience in Interior Design.

Strong experience in residential/ commercial interior projects.

Excellent knowledge of space planning and interior detailing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Knowledge of V-Ray / 3D rendering software will be an advantage.

Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, false ceilings, lighting, flooring, and interior materials.

Strong knowledge of measurements, dimensions, and technical drawings.

Valuable client handling and presentation skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Creative thinking with a practical approach to design.

Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
