As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
