Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Timely booking and collection of consignments
- On-time dispatch performance
- Delivery performance and turnaround time
- Reduction in pending and delayed consignments
- Reduction in shortages and damages
- Vehicle utilisation and availability
- Customer satisfaction
- Timely resolution of customer complaints
- Staff productivity and discipline
- Operational cost control
- Accuracy of documentation and records

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
- Experience in branch and team management
- Knowledge of booking, dispatch, and delivery operations
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent operations
- Positive communication and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of freight, billing, and transportation documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations, MS OFFICE, Email Drafting and PPT's

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Graduate preferred, preferably with a background in:

- Logistics & Supply Chain Management




- Transportation
- Business Administration
- Operations Management

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

7-10 years of relevant experience in Transportation, Logistics, preferably in a supervisory or Branch Management position.

OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITY

The Branch Incharge – Ludhiana will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the Branch and will ensure that all activities related to booking, collection, dispatch, transportation, delivery, customer service, staff management, and cost control are carried out efficiently.

The Branch Incharge is expected to take complete ownership of branch operations, proactively resolve issues, maintain service quality, and ensure the achievement of operational and business objectives.

The ultimate objective of the role is to ensure safe, timely, efficient, and cost-effective transportation services while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
