Banquet Manager
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all banquet events, including weddings, conferences, meetings, and social functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train banquet staff.
- Coordinate event setup, food service, and guest requirements.
- Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Manage banquet inventory, equipment, and operating costs.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards are maintained.
