Position: Store Manager

About the Role

Light Box is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager to manage our premium lighting and lifestyle showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, team management, customer experience, sales performance, and overall presentation of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the day-to-day operations of the Light Box showroom.

● Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

● Handle customers professionally and ensure an excellent showroom experience.

● Understand customer requirements and assist the team in recommending suitable lighting and lifestyle products.

● Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients.

● Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending payments.

● Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, quotations, orders, and customer enquiries.

● Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, warehouse, and installation teams.

● Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock management and display maintenance.

● Ensure the showroom is always clean, organised, well-lit, and professionally presented.

● Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

● Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

● Ensure company policies, pricing guidelines,



and operational procedures are followed.

● Identify new sales opportunities and contribute ideas for improving showroom sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

● 3–6 years of experience in retail, showroom, luxury products, lighting, furniture, interiors, or lifestyle products.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Good leadership and team-management abilities.

● Sales-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.

● Presentable, confident, and professional personality.

● Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and basic reporting.

● Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.

● Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, and premium clients will be an advantage.
