We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (travel industry experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with solid organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
