1. Maintain and update property inventory using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

2 Manage and organize the company's real estate inventory database.

3 Coordinate with the marketing team for property listings and promotional activities.

4 Build and maintain robust relationships with brokers and channel partners.

5 Coordinate with developers for project updates, inventory, pricing, and sales information. 6 Source new property listings and collect market information.





7 Handle outbound and follow-up calls with property owners, brokers, developers, and clients.

8 Manage the day-to-day CRM system and ensure accurate data entry and updates.

9 Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using MS Word and Excel.

10 Support senior management with administrative and operational tasks.

11 Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal teams and external stakeholders.
