Insurance Customer Service Advisor – SS Hyundai, Pathanamthitta

SS Hyundai is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Advisor to handle vehicle insurance-related activities at the Pathanamthitta branch.

Responsibilities:

- Handle current vehicle insurance and renewals.
- Coordinate with customers regarding insurance requirements.
- Prepare and process insurance documents.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals.
- Coordinate with insurance companies.
- Maintain customer and insurance records.
- Support the sales and service departments with insurance-related activities.

Requirements:

- Any Graduation
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Insurance or automobile dealership experience is preferred.




- Freshers may also apply.

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience.
