Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Communicate with candidates through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
- Support employee joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and MIS.
- Assist with attendance, leave, roster, and payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate employee documentation and joining formalities.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and daily/weekly MIS.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.




- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year of HR experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
