We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Find and generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Connect with potential customers and handle sales enquiries.
- Understand customer needs and explain our products/services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Maintain positive and qualified relationships with customers.
- Promote company services and support business growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Research the market and identify potential customers.
- Maintain proper lead and customer records.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client service.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing.




- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
- Basic to good computer/laptop knowledge.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional when communicating with clients.
- Target-oriented and result-focused.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Positive and self-motivated attitude.
