Job Summary

Silver Storm is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Civil to supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at our project site. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of construction work, site supervision, manpower coordination and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors and workers.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment at the site.
- Ensure proper execution of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting and finishing works.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed within the scheduled timelines.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors and other departments for smooth execution of work.
- Identify and report site issues, delays and technical requirements to the concerned Engineer/Site In-Charge.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress reports and material requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
- Follow and enforce site safety rules and construction procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project standards.
- Support the Site Engineer/Site In-Charge in achieving project targets.





Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction Projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of construction activities and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods and quality standards.
- Ability to read and understand civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Good manpower and contractor coordination skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Candidates with experience in commercial, hospitality, amusement park, infrastructure or similar construction projects will be preferred.
