Experience: 2+ years
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with clients/leads
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain call and customer records
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of telecalling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good customer-handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
