Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Textile Sales Department. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, handling enquiries, promoting textile products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Candidates with experience in textile, fabric, garments, B2B sales, IndiaMART, or wholesale sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle leads and enquiries received through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, website, social media, and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics/textile products.
- Explain product specifications, prices, MOQ, availability, designs, and other details.
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing enquiries regularly.
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on quotations, samples, orders, payments, and dispatches.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify recent business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of textiles, fabrics, garments, or fashion products.
- Experience handling IndiaMART leads is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM software.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Positive attitude and strong customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
