About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually engaging and impactful designs for digital marketing, social media, branding, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, ads, and websites.
- Develop campaign concepts, key visuals, and creative directions.
- Design static posts, carousels, stories, banners, presentations, and other marketing creatives.
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and account teams to understand briefs and deliver creatives.
- Adapt creatives according to different platforms and formats.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and visual styles.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Make revisions based on client/team feedback.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Good understanding of typography, colour,



composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create both creative and conversion-focused designs.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their creative requirements.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

- Experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing will be an advantage.
- Experience working on multiple brands or industries.
