We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team, achieve monthly targets, develop new business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Generate new leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle key customers and support the team in closing sales.
- Monitor showroom activities, enquiries, test drives and bookings.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
- Analyse sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Train, motivate and guide sales executives.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, service and other departments.
- Ensure proper customer follow-up and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in automobile sales or a similar sales management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and good at customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of automobile sales and finance/insurance processes is an advantage.
- Good computer and reporting skills.
