Role Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support product development across our core platforms — including the staff app, client app (Rota), and internal systems. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, developers, design, and operations to deliver features that improve shift fulfilment, user experience, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

- Support end-to-end product execution (idea to launch to iteration)
- Work with PMs to define features, flows, and priorities
- Write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Coordinate with dev, QA, and design teams daily
- Track product performance (feature adoption, fill rates, drop-offs)
- Improve key flows like Find Shifts, Notifications, Booking, Payments
- Assist in testing (UAT), bug tracking, and release coordination




- Gather feedback from internal teams and convert into product improvements

What We’re Looking For

- Minumum 1 years experience in product / tech / operations
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Valuable understanding of mobile/web apps
- Ability to think in flows, not just screens
- Clear communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

- Startup or high-growth product experience
- Exposure to healthcare or marketplace products
- Basic analytics understanding
- Interest in AI / automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
