Experience

2–4 years of experience in Hotel/Resort Housekeeping. Experience in a luxury resort or hotel will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
- Allocate rooms and duties to Room Attendants and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas are clean and well maintained.
- Conduct room inspections and ensure housekeeping standards are followed.
- Monitor linen, cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance/Engineering teams for room status and maintenance issues.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.

Candidate Profile





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping SOPs and hotel operations.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and guest-focused approach.
- Candidates from hospitality/hotel management backgrounds will be preferred.
