Education Counsellor

Experience: 2+ years

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career opportunities.

Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.

Generate leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Explain course details, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.

Maintain student records and regularly update CRM/database.

Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.

Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.

Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in education counselling, admissions, EdTech, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and sales skills.

Good knowledge of counselling and student admission processes.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Graduation in any discipline preferred.
