We are looking for a metric-driven warehouse and dispatch qualified to plan and execute customer-order dispatches while leading coordination across teams, vendors and floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily dispatch plans and monitor plan-versus-actual performance.

- Coordinate with internal teams, floor supervisors, packers and helpers.

- Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, checking and dispatch.

- Track pending-order ageing, turnaround time, dispatch accuracy and manpower productivity.

- Manage packaging-material suppliers, stock levels and timely reordering.

- Prevent dispatch delays caused by packaging-material shortages or operational bottlenecks.

- Maintain daily MIS and KPI reports using Excel and ERP systems.

Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in warehouse and dispatch operations.





- Prior experience managing teams and high-volume, multi-SKU customer orders.

- Strong planning, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving capabilities.

- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ERP systems.

- Able to demonstrate measurable improvements achieved in previous roles.

- Experience in textiles, garments, FMCG or ecommerce fulfilment is preferred.

Core KPIs tracked in this role: on-time dispatch, plan vs actual dispatch, order turnaround time, picking and packing accuracy, pending-order ageing, manpower productivity, packaging stock accuracy, and packaging cost and stock-outs.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
