Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Communicate with UK-based clients and understand their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain client and lead information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in BDE, International Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition will be preferred.




- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work with UK-based clients and sales targets.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented.

Salary

- Freshers: Salary will be based on skills, interview performance, and company standards.
- Experienced Candidates: Salary will be offered with a hike on the last drawn salary, depending on experience and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
