We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build long-term client relationships, and provide end-to-end solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
- Identify client needs and propose suitable products/services from our portfolio
- Present company offerings and build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with Technical/QC team to resolve client queries and share required technical documents (STP, SOP, etc.)
- Arrange outsourced lab support to provide a one-roof solution to clients
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with QC & HOD
- Hunt for recent business opportunities and gather market intelligence
- Collect customer feedback and support business strategy for growth & customer satisfaction
- Mentor junior sales team members and monitor sales targets
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Cosmetics, Agrochemical, Nutraceutical, Medical Devices, Pharma, or Testing Labs/CRO)
- Strong communication, negotiation & client management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- MBA / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma preferred
