About the Company

DKT Infra and Development Pvt. Ltd. is an infrastructure and civil construction company specializing in railway, bridge, and other civil infrastructure projects. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage the company's tendering and bidding activities for government, railway, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and monitor relevant government, railway, bridge, and civil construction tenders through applicable e-tendering portals.
- Study tender notices, NITs, RFPs, BOQs, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, GCC/SCC, and other tender documents.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documentation as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with the estimation, engineering, accounts, purchase, and management teams for timely tender submission.
- Prepare pre-qualification, technical qualification, company credentials, work experience, financial documents, affidavits, undertakings, and other tender-related documents.
- Review tender eligibility, EMD, tender fees, performance security, turnover requirements, similar-work experience, and other statutory conditions.
- Prepare and upload bids on relevant e-procurement/e-tender portals within prescribed deadlines.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments wherever required for tender preparation.
- Assist in preparation and verification of BOQ,



rate analysis, comparative statements, and commercial bid documents.
- Maintain a proper database of submitted tenders, tender status, deadlines, corrigenda, results, and awarded projects.
- Track tender corrigenda, amendments, clarifications, and pre-bid requirements and ensure necessary updates before submission.
- Coordinate for tender opening, technical evaluation, clarifications, negotiations, LOA/Work Order, and post-tender documentation.
- Maintain organized records of previous tenders, credentials, certificates, financial documents, and project experience for future bids.
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, compliant, and submitted within the specified timeline.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tendering, Bidding & Proposal Management.
- Understanding of Railway, Bridge & Civil Construction tenders will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of government and e-procurement tender portals.
- Ability to read and understand BOQ, NIT, RFP, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and tender conditions.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PDF documentation, and online tender submission.
- Strong documentation, coordination, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify tender compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Tech/B.E. Civil, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Candidates with relevant experience in tendering and bidding for railway, bridge, highway, infrastructure, or civil construction projects will be given preference.

Experience

5–15 years of relevant experience in tendering/bidding, preferably with an infrastructure, railway, bridge, or civil construction company.

- Timely submission of bids.
- Quality of technical and commercial documentation.
- Tender qualification and success ratio.
- Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, highly organized, and experienced in handling complete tendering processes independently, particularly for railway, bridge, and civil infrastructure projects.

Salary: 30K to 70K (Depend on Skill and Exp) Versatile budget
