Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
- Search and identify relevant projects based on the company's services.
- Prepare customized proposals and submit competitive bids.
- Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Keep records of leads, proposals, and project status using CRM or Excel.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and freelancing platform policies.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and PPH.
- Strong proposal writing and bidding skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand IT services and client requirements.
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
