Site Engineer – Civil

Location: Navi Mumbai / Panvel
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise RCC, masonry, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor labour, materials, equipment, and daily site progress.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Take site measurements and support RA billing and quantity verification.




- Prepare DPRs and maintain site records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and PPE requirements.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant construction/real estate site experience.
- Good knowledge of RCC, finishing work, and construction practices.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication, problem-solving, and site management skills.
