- Identify and develop new business opportunities with painting contractors and applicators, and build solid relationships to generate regular paint material sales.
- Conduct regular market and site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide product demonstrations and technical guidance.
- Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations and orders, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth product availability and delivery.
- Develop and maintain a strong contractor network and track upcoming construction projects for new sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 2–6 years of experience in material sales in Paint / Building Materials industry
- Strong network with builders and contractors in Ahmedabad
- Experience in handling institutional or B2B sales
- Good technical understanding of construction materials
