* Generate patient referrals and support business development activities.

* Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.

* Maintain and update referral partner databases and records.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.

* Follow up with referral sources and maintain strong qualified relationships.

* Track referral numbers and prepare regular reports.

* Organize promotional activities, meetings, and awareness programs to increase referrals.

* Collect feedback from referral partners and help improve services.
