Job description

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SEO specialists to achieve and exceed performance targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with the companys business goals and drive organic traffic growth.
- Monitor and analyze key SEO performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement, and provide actionable insights to enhance our online visibility.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure the production of high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with our target audience.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify technical issues and provide recommendations for website optimization.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance, present findings to the management team, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords to target
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics
- Create and implement link-building strategies
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality,



SEO-friendly content
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented and optimized
- Own tracking, analytics, measurement, and reporting for the entire content marketing function

What are we looking for?

- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar platforms
- H ighly creative.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Perform retouching and changing of images.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team member.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS company.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Robust communication and collaboration abilities

Pay: ₹10,697.09 - ₹39,918.26 per month
