Hiring: Commercial Leasing Consultant

Location: Sector 60, Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on experience & performance)

Joining: Immediate

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off: Monday

Key Responsibilities

- Generate commercial leasing leads through networking, referrals, corporate outreach, and market research.

- Identify suitable office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, and commercial properties based on client requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, corporate clients, and channel partners.

- Conduct client meetings and site visits.

- Negotiate lease terms and successfully close commercial leasing deals.

- Coordinate documentation, LOIs, and lease agreements.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.

- Achieve monthly business development and leasing targets.

Requirements





- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Leasing, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Commercial Real Estate.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of the Gurgaon commercial real estate market is preferred.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
