- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Create and release production schedules/work orders for different production sections.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure planned quantities are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor production progress vs. planned quantity and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Follow up with Stores and Purchase teams regarding raw material and component availability.
- Check material availability before releasing production plans.
- Coordinate with Quality for inspection and clearance of materials/products.
- Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure finished goods are ready as per dispatch schedules.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) at different stages of production.
- Track machine and manpower availability and plan production accordingly.
- Identify production constraints such as material shortages, machine breakdowns,



manpower shortages, and quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain PPC MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Monitor Order vs. Production vs. Dispatch status.
- Maintain production planning records, work orders, and production reports.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Engineering/Design for drawing, BOM, and technical requirement availability.
- Support capacity planning and production load analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and update ERP/MRP systems wherever applicable.
- Escalate critical delays and shortages to the concerned department/management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
