This is a full-me, on-site role located in North and South Goa.

As an Ambassador - Operations, you will be responsible for leading guided tours for our guests, which includes providing interesting information regarding historical and cultural landmarks and local traditions. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with guests and delivering outstanding customer service. The role may also involve sales and promoting our tours to prospective guests.

Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters Tourism or related field.

Required Skills

Experience in Guided Tours and knowledge of local history and culture.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Strong Sales skills and ability to promote tours to prospective guests.

A passion for travel and exploration.

Fluency in English and additional fluency in other languages is a plus.

A degree in Travel and Tourism or related fields is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
