We are hiring Junior US Recruitment Specialists (Management Trainees) to join our growing team — a great opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in international talent acquisition and US IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand and gather job requirements from US clients

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networks

· Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit

· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

· Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers using ATS/recruitment software

· Learn and stay updated on US recruitment regulations, hiring practices,



and market trends

· Build strong stakeholder and client communication skills

· Represent the organization's values professionally during candidate interactions

Eligibility Criteria

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred, not mandatory)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones

· Willingness to work from office in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment

· Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or social media sourcing tools is a plus

· Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory

· Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
