We are currently in the process of expanding our offline presence across India through premium retail partners, corporate gifting, hospitals, and institutional channels.

Job Summary

The person will be responsible for expanding My Milestones' offline business by acquiring premium retail stores, developing institutional and corporate gifting business, and strengthening our distribution network across India.

This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales in the kids’ apparel, baby products, gifting, or lifestyle industry or related industry, with strong relationship-building skills, and extensive travel within India.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Business Development

- Identify and onboard premium Baby / Kids wear / Accessories stores across India.
- Build long-term relationships with store owners and retail chains.
- Conduct product presentations and successfully close current business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely onboarding.




- Increase monthly secondary sales from existing retail partners. Conduct promotional activities to drive secondary sales.
- Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of My Milestones products at retail outlets.
- Coordinate replenishment and inventory planning with retailers.
- Monitor retail sales performance and recommend assortment improvements.

Institutional & Corporate Sales

- Develop business with corporate clients for employee gifting, festive gifting, newborn gifting, and event gifting.
- Build partnerships with HR teams, procurement teams, and administration departments.
- Generate recurring institutional business through relationship management.

Sales Planning & Reporting

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and territory plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and collections.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Retail Sales, Institutional Sales, or Business Development.
- Preferred experience in kids apparel, baby products, toys, accessories, gifting or lifestyle brands or related field.
- Experience in corporate gifting sales will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to acquire current customers and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Educational Qualification

- MBA or BBA in Sales & Marketing
