Job Title: Senior Site Engineer - Infrastructures/railways

Site locations - Baroda, Gujrat | Bhiwani, Haryana

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced senior site engineer to oversee and manage project activities for infrastructure industries related projects . The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and efficient completion of project tasks, adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to financial constraints while maximizing cost-efficiency.
- Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and present updates to stakeholders.




- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery timelines.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum of 5-7 years of similar project handling experience , preferably in infrastructure /railway industry related projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Indian Railway construction standards and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
