- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain proper records in the visitor and security registers.
- Conduct regular rounds of the factory premises and ensure security at all designated areas.
- Monitor gates, parking areas, and other critical locations.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials and vehicles as per company procedures.
- Report any suspicious activity, security breach, theft, damage, or emergency situation immediately to the concerned supervisor/HR.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with factory security rules.
- Assist during emergencies, fire incidents, accidents, or other unforeseen situations.
- Ensure proper handover of duties between shifts.
- Follow instructions given by the Security Supervisor and Management.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the security post.
