We are looking for a driven, results-obsessed SALON MANAGER only from the salon industry who can run operations like a well-oiled machine, grow revenue month after month, and deliver an unmatched client experience.

Role & Responsibility

- To Oversee The Daily Operation Of The salon
- Lead A Team Of Salon Staff To Ensure Exceptional Customer Service & Efficient Business Management.
- Maintaining A Positive & Organized Environment, Managing The Team & Ensuring The salon's Success.
- Team Leadership:- Guide & support the Salon Staff, providing direction & assistance as needed.
- Customer satisfaction:- Make sure that the clients have a great experience, addressing any concern or feedback.
- Business management:- Manage scheduloing, Inventory & budgeting to keep the salon running smoothly.
- Staff Coordination: Coordinate schedules, tasks & responsibilities among the salon team.
- Promotion & Marketing:- Work to attract new clients & retain existing ones through effective marketing strategies.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure that the salon maintains proper cleanliness and follows safety protocols.
- Reports & Documentation: Prepare necessary reports & maintain accurate records related to salon operations.

Educational Qualification & Experience Required





- Minimum of 5+ years Experience managing high-end salon operations as a Salon Manager is Must.
- Thrives under pressure and hits targets like clockwork.
- Leads teams with confidence, discipline, and inspiration.
- Understands the luxury customer and knows how to keep them coming back.
- Is obsessed with quality, detail, and presentation.

Desired:-

Previous experience in Salon Management or a related field.** Must Have thorough knowledge of Billing software "Zenoti"

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
