Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and references
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements and offer customized workspace solutions
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Close deals and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding

Who We’re Looking For





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Direct Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with client interactions and meetings
- Basic understanding of real estate / coworking industry (preferred)
