We are inviting applications for the position of Hostel Warden (Boys’ Hostel) to oversee and manage day-to-day hostel operations and student welfare within the campus housing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall administration and smooth functioning of hostel affairs.
- Take attendance of hostel residents as per the prescribed hostel rules and report absentees to the concerned authority, including students absent throughout the night.
- Ensure that all hostel rules, regulations, and disciplinary guidelines are strictly followed by students.
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, peaceful, and academically conducive environment within the hostel.
- Monitor the health and well-being of hostel residents and promptly report any cases of illness or sickness to the concerned authority.
- Immediately report any emergency, misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of hostel rules to the appropriate authority.
- Monitor and ensure the quality, hygiene, and adequacy of food served to hostel residents.
- Regularly inspect the cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and overall maintenance of the hostel premises and report any concerns to the Hostel Committee for necessary action.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, food service, maintenance, and other relevant teams to ensure the smooth functioning of hostel facilities.




- Maintain proper records and documentation related to attendance, discipline, incidents, complaints, and hostel activities.
- Perform any other hostel-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the designated authority.

Experience: 4 to 5 years in the same field

Education: Any graduate

Languages Known: Kannada, English, and Hindi are required. Additionally, any other South Indian languages will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

- Candidate must be willing and prepared to stay in the hostel on a full-time basis (24/7). Located in Electronic City Phase II, Bangalore.
- Robust interpersonal, communication, discipline, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and student-related issues responsibly and professionally.
