Job Position : Head – Insurance & TPA

Location : Bengaluru Rural (Hoskote).

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Head to manage insurance, TPA coordination, corporate billing, and claim settlements for our medical college hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall management of insurance, TPA, and corporate billing operations
- Liaison with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients
- Ensure timely cashless approvals, claims submission, and settlements
- Handle escalations, denials, and audits
- Monitor revenue, MIS, ageing, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurer guidelines
- Lead and manage the insurance desk team

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA / MHA preferred)




- Strong knowledge of hospital insurance & TPA processes

Experience:

- 8–15 years experience in hospital insurance / TPA operations
- Prior experience in multi-specialty or teaching hospital preferred

Skills:

- Insurance & TPA negotiations
- Revenue cycle & claims management
- Team leadership
- Strong communication and coordination skills
