Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIN) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic digital marketing activities.
- Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress.
- Create and update landing pages, website content, forms, banners, and other website elements.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate content planning and posting.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare regular digital marketing and campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead follow-up and conversion.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for better results.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good hands-on knowledge of WordPress website management.
- Experience in creating and managing landing pages and website content.
- Solid understanding of Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM.
- Knowledge of Canva and other Graphic Tools,content creation is an added advantage.
