Key Responsibilities:

1. Process & Performance Management

· Ensure the sourcing team follows all processes, guidelines, and reporting structures.

· Track daily activities, calls, meetings, and overall productivity of the team.

· Conduct joint calls with team members to improve CP handling and conversions.

2. Training & Knowledge Enhancement

· Regularly assess and enhance team knowledge on all projects, USPs, and competitor offerings.

· Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.

· Conduct roleplays and mock sales sessions for effective pitch delivery to the CPs

3. Hiring & Team Building

· Recruit, onboard, and train sourcing executives as per business needs.

· Foster a positive work environment to control attrition below 10%.

· Motivate and mentor team members for consistent performance and career growth.

4. Market & Business Expansion

· Conduct Joint Business Planning (JBP) meets with key channel partners to drive sales.

· Ensure sourcing teams have required marketing collaterals and digital assets.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sourcing strategies with campaigns.

5. Motivation & Engagement





· Develop strategic programs to keep the team motivated.

· Recognize top performers and create a competitive yet collaborative culture.

· Plan team-building activities to enhance bonding and performance.

6. Relationship Management & Business Expansion

· Build robust connections with wealth managers, real estate brokers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

· Leverage client referrals and testimonials for organic lead generation.

· Explore opportunities to establish corporate partnerships and bulk deals.

7. Site Visit Management & Sales Optimization

· Plan and execute exclusive site visits, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

· Organize sales events, broker meets, and VIP previews to boost project visibility and conversions.

· Address client objections and coordinate with the presales team to improve follow-ups.

Pay: ₹12,929.77 - ₹57,799.95 per month
